游记：新加坡

很多人都在写游记。我也‘走’回来了。走到两条腿，两支手都几孚麻痹。四天三夜。累咯！

第一天 - 下大雨，改变行程，所以去sentosa underwater world，在室内嘛。有看海豚和海狮表演。来到这里第一天，下大雨, Ochard淹水哦！嘻！贵人带水来咯！呵呵！

第二天 - Zoo （半天看表演-Polar Bear,Rainforest Fights Back animal presentation, Splash Safari and Elephants At Work and Play animal presentation)

第三天 - Jurong Birdpark (Birds n Buddies Show at the Pools Amphitheatre and Chipchat with paligan and Penguin Feeding. Miss the Birds of Prey Show at Fuji Hawk Walk)
晚上去Universal Studio，买SGD2 的票进去拍相。晚餐几孚没有着落，都满座！

第四天 - Visiting + Vivo City。午餐后杨伯伯带孩子们去买玩具。走啊走，彦彦就和一个和他一样高的小孩头撞头，彦彦的头，肿了起来。嘿!是人太多吗？这个彦彦，哎！没哭!
试吃brazilian food。 新的体验！

每一天最少有一个小时是抱着熟睡的宁儿走。。。所以手才会痛。小孩子一点都不累，睡醒了，又是一条龙！好像rechargable batteries 那样。大人的精力要好几天才能恢复叻。

我买了一条levis，SGD77.49 (员工价，40% discount）tight fit
嘻嘻！要减肥了！

机票 - 大约RM700多
新加坡德士费用 - 大约SGD140
动物园+飞禽公园门票=SGD107
食物=SGD47（kfc) +SGD25 (food paradise)
这里德士费用RM60
总花费大约千五吧。

孩子们还是不听指示，很累。

宁儿123

1.戒奶成功！宁儿不哭不闹了。偶尔问问，笑笑，就转口说要喝水。宁儿乖！
2.爱玩，爱表演，爱撒娇。
3.每一次哭，都说：妈妈我要洋洋你。（应该是妈妈你洋洋我吧？）
4.向两位哥哥学习：Alien Ben10 Four(force发音不准，变成Four了），还有一只只Alien的名字 - Humugousaur, XLR8, WildMutt....晕！
5.数字会1， 2， 3， 4，5，6，8，9，其他还在学习中。
6.英文字母也会A, B, C而已。

昨天也不知怎么，突然吻我的嘴巴。把我吓着了。
快快对她说：不可以！只有脸和鼻子（也是她教的）可以知道么？？
她笑笑！
嘿！二哥，坏坏。整天说结婚kiss嘴巴,人小鬼大！

牛肉面汤

之前乱来的牛肉面汤,味道还不错，如果自己吃我就想要加强味道浓点辣点。
面条是自己做的。
给自己做个纪录。。。

beef soup stock
2 tomato
2 big onion
2 stick lemon grass
1 whole garlic
1 small ginger
1 carrot
1 stick cinnamon
1 dry chilli
0.5 cao guo
pepper
soya sauce

after pressure cooker ~15 min
cool down
salt to taste.
add more pepper
may be a bit of black venegar??

巧克力蒸蛋糕

Thursday Night

Elder busy with Garfiend. the other boy and girl, keeps eating while I'm cutting. Not bad! Soft and moist.

Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredient
180 g butter
200 g caster sugar
200 g full cream evaporated milk / i used IDEAL milk, did not measure ~1/2cup
2 eggs, slightly beaten with fork

100 g plain flour
50 g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla essense <---- I did not add this
2 tbsp of rum (optional) <---- I did not add this

Heat up the steamer.

Bowl A
Combine caster sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla extract or essense and butter in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted, turn off the fire and keep warm.
Add the beaten eggs into the slightly cold evaporated milk mixture and stir till well mix.

Bowl B

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda into a large mixing bowl,

then pour the Bowl A(eggs mixture) over Bowl B (the flour)

stir till well mix (cake batter should be runny)
Pour the batter into the lined pan

Lined and greased 10*10 sq pan (my) / 8 or 9 inch round baking pan.
place the pan into the steamer

Cover the top of the pan loosely with a piece of aluminium foil. <---- I did not do this
Cover the steamer and steam over medium heat for 45 mins. <---- I steamed ~35mins
Cool the cake in pan before turning out for further decoration.

Chocolate Fudge Topping <---- I did not try this
200 g condense milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla essense
2 tbsp corn oil
20 g cocoa powder, sifted
a pinch of salt

Combine the sifted cocoa powder, condense milk and oil.
Stir over low heat till thicken.
Add in salt and vanilla extract or essense.
Cool the chocolate topping a little before spreading on the cake.
Refrigerated before serve it.

宁儿戒奶记

尝试让宁儿戒奶。。。

一直尝试让宁儿戒奶，可是都是说说而已，并没有认真地实行。
开始时对宁儿说啊！
妹！只有"oi oi" (睡觉)时才可以"teitei"(吸母奶）啦。
小宝贝很精灵哦，每次想要时，就钻进我怀里，撒娇的说，我要"teitei""oi oi"。我总是由得她。
一直到星期一时看了Nanny911， 那个nanny 对着孩子的父母说：the kid is not trauma, but you are! 我忽然决定要让宁儿戒奶。

是我自己舍不得吧？我享受宁儿在我怀里，吸着母奶，眼睛瞧着我，用手拍拍我的胸，当我看着她时，就快快用她那小小的手指指着她吸着的奶奶，猛点着头，意指还有奶喝；小嘴巴还是含着奶头没有离开过。 我的心就暖暖的，所有的负情绪就在那一刻，都一一瓦解了。

第一晚，哭得很厉害，一个晚上不知道闹了几回。早上心软让她吸。。。第二天我是头重脚轻的上班去了。
第二晚了。。。晚上还是会哭。希望紧接下来，她会安稳的睡。虽然我有点失落。
今天是第三晚了，放工回家后她又要求几次，睡前也有哭，可是半夜没有起来哦！
算算，已经超过48小时没有吸母奶了哪！
我还是失落。。。真怀念。。。
宁儿妈妈爱你。。。
宁儿两岁八个月。
